Job TitleRevenue Management Associate
Join our dynamic Contract fulfillment team in Warsaw and play a key role in ensuring smooth contract fulfillment and ordering processes for Amadeus products and services across Europe. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas help improve processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Summary of the role:

* Manage accurate contract documentation and ordering processes for Amadeus products and services in Europe.
* Identify and resolve issues proactively, including analyzing complex challenges.
* Collaborate with customers, business partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Support improvements to contract fulfillment and ordering processes.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for ordering-related topics.

Your profile:
* Relevant skills and knowledge gained through formal education or equivalent practical experience.
* Ability to work independently within established processes and make routine decisions.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to ensure clear communication in an international environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Experience in contract management or billing processes is a plus.
