REQUIREMENTS:

* 1+ years prior experience in Sales & Business Analysis or Financial Business or Supply Chain or Controlling or Accounting
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel and experience in using it
* English at the level of min. C1 & Fluent Polish
* University Degree
* Working knowledge of planning sales and coordinating supply chain process to ensure effective sales and distribution
* Ability to monitor inventory of finished goods and taking care of optimal stock level
* Problem solving approach with ability to deal with variety of projects stakeholders simultaneously
* Analytical thinking skills
* Passion for excellence and ongoing quality improvement
* Team orientation and good communication & negotiation skills

YOUR TASKS:

* Plans sales reflecting sales and marketing strategy including new launches, special editions, and all marketing initiatives. Prepares and analyses monthly sales plan volume for a year ahead.
* Monitors actual inventory levels, take actions to avoid out of stock situation. Coordinates product availability for all marketing actions. Ensures product availability and cost minimization in periods of inventory building and tax sticker change.
* Supervisors finished the goods ordering and delivery process and co-operates with Supply Planning function to ensure effective sales and distribution on domestic market.
* Monitors logistics of finished goods between factories and warehouses. Co-operates with factories outside Poland in the scope of import issues.
* Holds and updates systems supporting sales planning and product management. Initiates product price change in the system and keeps updated product portfolio.
* Coordinates implementation of new retail prices and prepares official price lists.
* Co-operates with Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operation departments to ensure effective sales and distribution on domestic market.
* Substitutes colleagues during their absence. Participates in continuous improvement projects.
