Job Description:

* Provide on-site technical support for production lines, ensuring that PLCs, robots, and automation systems work reliably with minimum downtime;
* Focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
* Diagnose and solve failures in PLCs, robots, sensors, drives, etc.;
* Support production during incidents & reduce downtime;
* Analyze root causes and ensure permanent fixes;
* Modify PLC programs (logic adjustments, improvements);
* Adjust or reprogram robots for new requirements or optimizations;
* Improve cycle times or reliability;
* Propose and implement process improvements;
* Support line upgrades or changes;
* Support operators and maintenance team.

Qualifications:

* Technician or Degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
* More than 2 years of experience in industrial automation;
* Experience with fault finding in real production;
* Experience in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;
* Experience in PLC programming with Nexeed Platform;
* Experience in robot Stäubli programming;
* Experience with Beckhoff´s PLC;
* Experience in robot programming;
* Fluent English;
* Proactivity to act independently and flexible to adapt to different environments;
* Good communication skills and ability to think analytically;
* Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment.
