Job TitlePlanning Manager
We are looking for a Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for driving demand and supply planning, operations planning process and ensuring effective alignment between demand, capacity, inventory, and execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure reliable supply, optimal inventory levels, and achievable plans that meet service and cost objectives.
* Define and execute supply planning strategies aligned with business priorities.
* Lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process at a network level, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and capacity.
* Ensure plans are feasible, executable, and aligned with operational execution across the network.
* Own mid- to long-term network capacity planning, including internal and subcontracted capacity.
* Identify constraints and risks and propose mitigation actions and scenarios.
* Define planning standards, processes, and alignment principles across sites to ensure consistent execution.
* Define and manage inventory targets, including safety stock levels.
* Monitor stock levels and drive optimization actions while balancing service levels and working capital efficiency.
* Act as a central coordination point for planning activities across sites and subcontractors, providing guidance to local teams and external partners.
* Coordinate subcontractor planning activities, including production planning and alignment with external manufacturing partners.
* Ensure alignment on capacity, delivery performance, and material availability across the network.
* Use ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, MRP) to plan, track, and report performance.
* Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and plan adherence. Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.

About the Ideal Candidate
* University degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory management.
* Experience coordinating with subcontractors or external manufacturing partners.
* Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and solid understanding of MRP and S&OP concepts.
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
