The AI Delivery Lead is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle, delivery, and business value of AI-powered projects and solutions. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI solutions are successfully developed, deployed, operated, and continuously improved to meet business objectives.
The AI Delivery Lead leads cross-functional project teams, manages project budgets and financials, prioritizes delivery backlogs, manages project execution and engages stakeholders across business and IT.
While not a hands-on developer, the role requires sufficient technical expertise in AI/ML technologies to effectively guide backlog planning, manage scope, assess risks, drive timely delivery, clarify requirements and run business process analysis with stakeholders.
This is a customer facing role that is about more than project management; it actively encompasses engaging stakeholders to understand use cases and business needs and liaising with our AI experts to turn business understanding into project proposals for impactful AI solutions
