Responsibilities
Business Development
* Build and execute go-to-market plans for assigned vendors.
* Grow TD SYNNEX's market share by identifying new opportunities and supporting key deals.
* Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans.
Partner & Customer Engagement
* Develop and manage a set of partners' accounts.
* Strengthen relationships with partners and key customers through regular business reviews.
* Promote vendor value propositions internally and externally.
Commercial & Strategic Execution
* Negotiate commercial terms, deals, and rebates.
* Provide input into pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to support execution.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives and partner programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
* Proven experience in IT channel or partner-facing roles
* Strong understanding of the partner and end-customer ecosystem.
* Excellent English and Czech communication skills.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and solution-selling mindset.
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
* Comfortable working in a matrix and multinational environment.
Preferred
* Background from an IT partner/reseller.
* Experience in business planning or go-to-market development.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
