As Corporate Affairs Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sanofi's external environment and reputation. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of our Corporate Affairs strategy at the country level, working at the intersection of public affairs, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure patients have access to our innovative medicines and vaccines.Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
* Drives the Corporate Affairs strategy setting in alignment with Global/ MCO/ local CA plan , engagement, and activation of all external stakeholders who drive or influence the policies that determine Sanofi's ability to successfully secure patient's access to medicines and vaccines
* Creates a favourable environment for Sanofi in public, the health administration and among other companies within the country.
* Responsible for overarching delivery of all government, policy, media, social, and internal GM communication for Sanofi across Pharma and Vaccines
* Represents the company in relevant Trade association working groups / committees
* Anticipate new local trends that are influencing the health environment, payer policy and business results.
* Support the shaping of HC policies with relevant stakeholders and policy makers to bring innovation access to patients and reinforce Sanofi position in relevant therapeutic areas.
* Member of the Donation committee and approval process of Health care Contributions
* Support Country lead in his/her engagements with external stakeholders
* Oversee issue management and responsible for providing crisis management support
* Ensure product market readiness and launch campaigns are delivered to a high standard with clear objectives and KPIs.
* Transmit local business needs into policy priorities and develops a specific tactical plan for managing the external shaping activities
* Extensively collaborate with local Market Access and local business brand teams, to ensure aligned brand strategy towards all relevant local stakeholders

About you
* Strong experience in Corporate Affairs (Public Affairs) within the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience shaping healthcare policies with stakeholders and policymakers to bring innovation access to patients
* Experience working with global stakeholders and evident knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry regulatory framework
* Demonstrated competence in managing complexity
* Fluent in English and Czech
* Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture while managing tactical execution
* Successful track record of managing complexity across multiple stakeholder groups
* Track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders locally and internationally
* Strong ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a rapidly changing healthcare environment
* Strong results orientation with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes
