Job Description:
* Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
* Ensure optimal product distribution, physical availability and in-store visibility in line with company merchandising standards.
* Plan, coordinate and monitor merchandising activities to ensure high-quality execution of promotional campaigns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, local retail chains and key store decision makers.
* Analyse sales performance, identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
* Lead and support a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, motivation and performance feedback.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Supply teams to deliver business objectives.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and processes
