Within the Network & Cybersecurity Services (NCS) division of GBS IT, the Network And Connectivity (NAC) department is composed of the SDM Team, the Expertise Team and the Network Operating Center (NOC) team.

The NOC serves as the operational hub for our Network and Security infrastructures. Our mission is to ensure performance and security across all network and security infrastructures, whether they are in data centers, the cloud, or remote sites (examples: 'Highway to Cloud' interconnection infrastructures in AWS/Azure, Cloud Proxy and VPN services with 'Zscaler,' Software-Defined WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services, etc.).

What you will do:

* You will be part of a newly created transverse monitoring team responsible for supervising all Identity & Access platforms, including OKTA, Active Directory, CyberArk, and SAVIYNT.

* Working closely with Service Delivery Managers, the NCS Operations Center, and the Global Coordination Center (GCC), you will ensure early detection and resolution of service issues.

Responsibilities:

* Operate the central monitoring consoles: SPLUNK ITSI, Dynatrace, and SaaS platform status tools.

* Investigate non-automatically routed alerts, assess validity, and determine escalation path.

* Remediate known issues when possible, using KB articles and collaboration with platform experts.

* Improve monitoring coverage by documenting missing scenarios and proposing tool/process enhancements.

* Engage with stakeholders across monitoring, support, and delivery teams to align practices and incident response.

* Contribute to the initial setup of the transverse monitoring team, including tooling configuration and knowledge base creation.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

* Proficiency with monitoring platforms (e.g., SPLUNK ITSI, Dynatrace).

* Strong understanding of IT operations and alert triage.

* Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

* Knowledge of identity platforms (OKTA, Active Directory, CyberArk).

* Excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex interactions across teams.

* Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.

* Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
