The opportunity

Day-to-day responsibilities

* Design, deploy, and maintain observability solutions tailored to organizational needs (private and public cloud).
* Establish standardized observability frameworks and tools deployable across various applications and infrastructure.
* Develop, configure, and enhance automation stacks and CI/CD pipelines.
* Explore and integrate new technologies to strengthen observability and promote IaC.
* Create and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and tool usage.
* Daily operations (change management, application monitoring, deployment, etc.).
* Ensure service security (PCI-DSS compliance and security by design).
* Quickly take the lead of an SRE team, providing leadership, mentoring, and aligning objectives with business needs.

Who are we looking for

* Minimum experience: 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with an observability focus.
* Proactive, autonomous, able to assume leadership quickly.
* Development/programming skills; strong Python; advanced automation (scripting Bash/Ruby/Puppet/CI/CD).
* Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Open-source enthusiast, Infrastructure as Code, and self-healing systems.
* Security-aware with experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud); PCI-DSS knowledge preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of Linux Red Hat/CentOS.
* Experience with Git/GitLab/Bitbucket and CI/CD flows.
* Experience with Puppet or Terraform.
* Python and scripting (Bash/Ruby/Puppet/CI/CD).
* Network protocol knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, BGP, load balancing).
* Hybrid architecture and service security.
* Excellent communication skills in English
