Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.
We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank's technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

The Project Management Analyst provides governance and support services for Program Directors, Program Managers, Project Managers, project offices or program offices and helps deliver program and project tasks. He / She plays a proactive role in knowledge management to promote program and project management methods and standards and ensures appropriate application of the project management framework.
These services are provided to assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programs.
PMO Specialist functionally reports to the PMO Manager.

Responsibilities
* Ensures that the project and program work is compliant with documented standards, such as Resource, Financial and Vendor Management, R&I analysis, Change Control
* Ensures that relevant information is collected, analyzed, discussed and delivered to top management for them to be able to take decisions
* Ensure regular progress reporting for all projects and thereby monitor the routine progress of projects (incl. deliverables R&Is, dependencies, milestones, deliverables)
* Support project and program awareness and communication
* Document required meeting outputs and artefacts
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and bring them forward to their manager

Skills
* Experience in managing or supporting successful projects including financial projects
* Relevant experience in Transformation / Migration of complex projects would be a plus
* Understanding of the Financial Services industry
* Experience in efficient communication with multiple stakeholders and team members. English language is a must.
* Tools: MS Office (focus: Excel, PowerPoint), Ariba Buyer, CA Clarity
