Overview We're hiring a Planning Manager to join a dedicated, high-performing team working with Adobe - one of the world's most influential technology brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape full-funnel media strategies for products used by millions, combining creativity, data and collaboration at scale. You'll play a central role in connecting strategy to execution, helping deliver standout digital experiences across EMEA. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Design thoughtful, insight-led cross-channel media strategies for key Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Lead campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis, ensuring clear direction and strong delivery Partner closely with Adobe stakeholders to guide them through planning, activation and performance insights Build strong relationships with activation specialists and media partners to enable seamless execution Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and aligned to agreed objectives and budgets Support and coach a Planning Executive, fostering their development and confidence Use data and past performance to identify learning opportunities and continuously improve future campaigns Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience in media planning with a clear understanding of digital channels and how they work together Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights Collaborative approach, with an interest in understanding audiences and influencing behaviour Curiosity about industry trends and a proactive attitude to learning and improvement Experience working across markets or on complex accounts is helpful, but not essential Additional information Zenith International offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
