This position is for you! We are looking to hire an Process Improvement Specialist II in Manchester to join the Grocery Partnership team that that is redefining grocery delivery and help us build and grow this service for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist I to join its UK 3P Grocery Partnerships team. Working with one of the UK's most recognisable grocery brands, you will help deliver a high-quality, ultra-fast grocery experience to customers while driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you sit within the Ops Excellence team acting as a key link between local operations and central teams, to support driving operational improvement and innovation across the UK. You will analyse key metrics such as Quality, Speed, and Productivity to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve the Grocery Partnership service.

You will support the team to deliver cross-functional projects, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement scalable solutions for merchants that improve operational performance and metrics.

The ideal candidate thrives in a highly ambiguous environment, demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, and adapts quickly to change. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential, alongside experience using tools such as Excel to interpret data and drive operational improvements. Experience or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred.

The role will also require regular travel to partner stores to understand operational challenges and support the successful execution of initiatives on site

Profil requis du candidat:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or another technical field
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
