We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a CCB Service Delivery Analyst.

This role requires strong contributions to support helping manage and deliver services, or controls for a business unit in line with the wider strategic objectives of the Directorate; continuously analysing, identifying risks, and recommending solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

The difference you'll make:

* Supporting resolution of complex queries/escalations that do not fall within the defined process flows of the supplier
* Ensuring processes across new customer onboarding and in-life servicing are regularly reviewed and updated for any required change
* Providing oversight of external company performance, including weekly/monthly reviews and daily pulse calls with the supplier for monitoring and performance delivery
* Ensuring that any MI or other information relating to errors, quality issues or delays is acted on and steps taken to address
* Supporting change as driven by the 3rd party and Santander-Ensuring policy adherence and regulatory compliance

What you'll bring:

* Good understanding of RPA's, Logic, and specific knowledge of Particular Pricing
* Project management skills to plan, monitor and execute projects

It would also be nice for you to have:

* Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
* Ability to present findings from analysis in a clear and articulate manner
* Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

This role is based in Liverpool and you will be expected to spend two days per week of your time in this office.

* £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits.
