Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Restaurant Manager​ role:

* Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and outdoor terrace, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
* Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
* Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
* Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
* Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
* Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.

About you 

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
