Are you passionate about shaping the future of commercial capability and driving high performance? We're looking for a Commercial Capability Development Lead to design and deliver a cutting-edge learning strategy that empowers our Field Force and commercial teams to thrive.

We're looking for a CCD Lead that will shape the capability agenda for our commercial organisation. You'll design and deliver a future-fit learning strategy that accelerates performance and builds leadership capability across Field Force and commercial teams. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you'll turn business priorities into impactful learning journeys that close skill gaps, drive behavioural change, and deliver measurable results.

You'll bring expertise in learning design, adult development principles, and coaching, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Familiarity with the 70-20-10 framework and a passion for embedding learning in the flow of work are essential, along with a data-driven approach to demonstrate ROI.

What You'll Do
* Lead Capability Strategy: Define and prioritize capability needs aligned with business goals, partnering with Field Leadership, Talent Management, and P&C.
* Design & Deliver Learning Journeys: Create end-to-end development programs for Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers, from onboarding to advanced capability building.
* Drive Insight-Based Development: Conduct competency assessments and skill gap analyses to shape targeted interventions.
* Coach & Influence Leaders: Embed coaching practices that elevate leadership capability and foster psychological safety and inclusion.
* Innovate & Measure Impact: Continuously improve learning solutions using modern tools and methods and demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For
* CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent, with proven experience in L&D strategy and delivery at scale.
* Expertise in capability building for commercial and field organisations, including leadership development.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Ability to link learning outcomes to business performance and ROI.
* Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and digital learning solutions.
* A self-starter with strategic thinking and execution excellence.
