We are seeking adaptable advisors with broad technical capability to support clients and enhance our service offering. You will bring strategic insight across sectors, with expertise in one or more specialist areas. Senior Managers will demonstrate proven consultancy experience, professional accreditation and a strong network, with a track record in delivering advisory commissions.
You'll be responsible for:
* Shape operating models and governance frameworks for major programmes.
* Deliver organisation design, team structures and role profiles.
* Lead capital planning, feasibility assessments and business case development.
* Produce financial, economic and benefits models to guide investment.
* Support change management across transformation programmes.
* Provide commercial, procurement and supply-chain insight.
* Offer strategic advisory guidance and strengthen client relationships.
* Contribute to business development and apply sector-specific expertise.
You'll need to have:
* Strong research, analytical and presentation skills with creative problem-solving capability.
* Digitally savvy, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple fast-paced commissions.
* Effective stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
* Collaborative team player committed to knowledge-sharing, continuous learning and supporting colleagues' development.
