PR Manager

Sage is looking for an experienced PR Manager to join our Global Corporate Affairs team, supporting PR for our product portfolio and partner ecosystem. You'll help shape global PR strategies that spotlight Sage's AI-powered innovation and strengthen our position with small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.

Working with regional Corporate Affairs teams and product/partner leads, you will create global press materials, toolkits, and campaign assets that enable impactful, locally relevant PR. You must be a confident communicator who can simplify complex messages and thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.

AI is central to Sage's strategy, so this role requires strong, hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools across content creation, research, media intelligence, workflow automation, and campaign optimisation. You'll also apply Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles to ensure content performs effectively in AI-driven search.

This role will work in our London office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
* Support and deliver global PR strategies for product and partner communications.
* Develop clear, compelling narratives showcasing Sage's AI-driven innovations.
* Create press releases, briefing materials, Q&As, and campaign toolkits.
* Guide regional teams to ensure consistent global messaging and execution.
* Partner with agencies to secure coverage and gather insights.
* Use AI tools daily for writing, research, planning, analytics, and efficiency.
* Champion AI-enabled PR practices and monitor emerging AI trends.
* Apply GEO best practices to optimise content for AI-powered discovery.

Skills & Experience
* Significant experience in PR/corporate or product communications.
* Proven PR success within technology, SaaS, or product-led environments.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity.
* Experience influencing across global, matrixed teams.
* Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
* Experience supporting senior spokespeople, including C-suite.
* High proficiency with modern AI tools (beyond basic use).
