Role Overview
As an Administrator in the Health Services Team, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience, supporting the recruitment team within the Cromwell Hospital and associated diagnostic centres.
What you'll do:
* Provide administrative support to the clinical recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes.
* Support recruiters and candidates with interview arrangements.
* Conduct initial vetting of high-volume applications to assess candidate suitability.
* Ensure Workday is consistently updated to reflect the status of candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
* Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including sending invitations and confirmations.
* Validate right-to-work documentation and DBS checks in line with UK legislation.
* Where digital checks are unsuccessful, coordinate face-to-face verifications at a local Bupa office, clinic, care home or hospital.
* Facilitate recruitment assessment centres by booking rooms and catering.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Previous experience in recruitment administration, with familiarity in recruitment systems (Workday preferred).
* Strong collaboration skills, with a flexible approach and excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to work at pace while managing the expectations of multiple recruiters.
