* Total Connection Planning (TCP) through prism of RMN (Retail Media Networking)
* Develop annual activation calendars and media plans focused on TOP2 customers
* Delivering Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
* Personalization At Scale capability restoring / development
* Manage media/RMN agencies, set KPIs, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
* Continuously improve media mix efficiency, test new tools, and share best practices across teams.Требования:
* Higher education
* At least 5-year media / insights / communication experience in FMCG company
* Outstanding media expertise including digital & RMN
* Sufficient knowledge in marketing, communication & consumer research
* Strong project management and leadership competencies
* Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate specific media efficiency & effectiveness as well as effectiveness of total media mix
* Selling & negotiation skills to drive projects inside the company (with peers & colleagues as well as with top management)
* Fluent English
