What you´ll do

* Occupational Health and Safety Advisor in full compliance with Serbian OHS legislation and internal standards
* Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Assessment Act and all legally required OHS documentation
* Monitor workplace conditions, conduct inspections, and enforce preventive and corrective safety measures
* Lead incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up actions
* Maintain all legally required OHS records and prepare reports for authorities and internal use
* Deliver OHS training and provide expert guidance to employees and management
* Oversee high-risk work procedures, including Safe Work permits
* Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across all operations
* Support fire safety and emergency preparedness activities
* Ensure compliance with ATEX regulations and hazardous area safety requirements

What makes you a good fit

* High education in safety or technical engineering (chemical engineering/technology, mechanical engineering, occupational safety);
* Preferred previous work experience in the same or similar jobs;
* Comprehensive knowledge of State and Local regulations;
* Occupational Health & Safety Certification defined by the Law;
* Fire Safety Certification defined by the Law;
* Preferably passed the professional exam for the coordinator in the execution phase;
* Good computer skills (MS Office);
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Teamwork ability, flexibility and proactiveness;
* Analytical skills;
* Persistence, perseverance, independence in work and a desire to work in a multinational team.
