Responsibilities

* Own and govern the enterprise Demand Plan for Greece and Cyprus, ensuring a high-quality, transparent, and decision-ready demand signal across all planning horizons. The role leads Demand Management within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework:
* orchestrating cross-functional inputs, owning demand forums, and driving continuous improvement of forecast quality, scenario thinking, and planning maturity
* enabling proactive actions to close gaps and support sustainable growth delivery - directly impacting growth delivery, service performance, and cost outcomes through early identification and closure of demand gaps.
* As part of the East Europe IBP network, the role also acts as the regional ambassador for Demand Planning capability, with a specific mandate to standardize and uplift Blue Yonder utilization across markets.
* Own the Demand Plan for Greece and Cyprus, with final decision rights on demand baseline, assumptions, and adjustments across channels and customers.
* Accountable for the 'one-number' demand signal used for ISOE/ISOP and financial outlook; escalates and resolves cross-functional gaps via IBP governance.
* Proactively assess and communicate the strength and limitations of the demand signal to IBP Lead, clearly articulating where gaps in assumptions, inputs, or capabilities constrain growth, and triggering cross-functional actions to improve plan quality and outcomes.
* Has the mandate to challenge, reject, and escalate demand inputs that do not meet quality standards, and to trigger corrective actions through IBP governance.
* Lead and own DMR (iSO&E) and Demand Control (DC, iSO&P) forums, ensuring quality discussion, clear scenarios, risks & opportunities, and documented decisions.
* Proactively engage Marketing, Finance, Commercial/Sales, and Supply Planning forums to secure forward-looking inputs (up to 24 months) impacting demand.
* Translate sales, pricing, innovation, and transformation plans into a coherent demand signal using clear planning building blocks.
* Ensure disciplined use of statistical baseline forecasting and correct interpretation of model outputs.
* Drive high-quality utilization of Blue Yonder for demand planning, ensuring consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement.
* Lead and develop the Demand Planning team (GR + CY), covering short- and mid-term planning across all channels.
* Monitor and improve demand planning performance (accuracy, bias, scenario robustness), focusing on learning and sustained progress rather than perfection.
* Act as Blue Yonder Demand Planning ambassador for East Europe, defining standards, building capability, running communities of practice, and auditing maturity.
* Partner closely with IBP leadership (SCEB, SEEB, EE) to ensure alignment with regional and enterprise IBP objectives.
Qualifications

* University degree
* Strong expertise in Demand Planning within an IBP environment.
* Proven experience owning demand signals and leading cross-functional planning processes.
* Advanced understanding of forecasting concepts (baseline, bias, scenarios, drivers).
* Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (or similar Demand planning solutions).
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial, financial, and supply inputs into actionable demand plans.
* Demonstrated people leadership and team development experience.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior forums and decision making.
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multi-market environment.
