About the team
As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job Description:

►Independent handling: You coordinate and handle 1st level support issues (errors/changes/extensions/deletion) in relation to PIM/MAM software, data/content and user administration.
►Think holistically: You troubleshot malfunctions and identify solutions to fix them, which you implement yourself or route issues to the responsible team members.
►Work conscientiously: You make sure requests are being handled in time and to the full satisfaction of our users.
►Share knowledge: You ease the start for new users by giving them live system training.
►Taking responsibility: Over time you develop on a professional level and start implementing simple configuration changes and bug fixed.
►Collaborate internationally: You work in a global team and to collaborate with a cross-functional international community with some potential travel activity (up to 5%).

Qualifications:

►Personality: Customer and quality oriented, responsible, communicative and team player
►Working method: Quick grasp, analytical, structured, able to work under pressure, solution-oriented
►Languages: Excellent written and spoken English also regarding IT terminology, good knowledge of German is nice to have
►Experience and know-how: Several years (3+) of experience in a supporting function and ticket handling, PIM expertise, data management experience and recognition of technical-logical contexts, structure and analyze data sets, general understanding of IT systems and data modelling (e.g. CSV, xml)
►Education: Completed vocational training (technician), preferably as management assistant in IT-systems or pronounced technical interest
