Job Responsibilities

* As an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer, you'll work with local and global teams to maintain material quality, support quality systems, align with objectives, engage in initiatives, and drive improvement.
* This role supports quality documentation, acts as the site quality liaison, and encourages collaboration.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

* Ensure consistent quality for all incoming materials, including but not limited to, HBM materials.
* Continuously improve IQC business processes.
* Qualify new IQC tools.
* Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and preventive maintenance systems.
* Set up and maintain SAP QM for incoming materials.
* Implement Statistical Process Control monitoring programs and reaction mechanisms.
* Handle material disposition through the incoming material MRB (iMRB).
* Support First Article Inspection activities for new materials.
* Work with collaborators worldwide to manage supplier quality.
* Collaborate efficiently with both external and internal teams, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
* Participate in on-site supplier audits as needed.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
* Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
* Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
* Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
* Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
* Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
* Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
