Job scope:
* Assist with implementation and improvement of programs for consumer acquisition and retention (including loyalty program).
* Support management of consumer journeys and segmentation across channels.
* Contribute to the setup and optimization of "recommended actions" within the consumer journey.
* Collect and process consumer feedback (e.g., from NPS), support CX improvements.
* Cooperate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
* University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing/sales in FMCG, Telco, Banking or other direct to consumer segment.
* Experience with omnichannel marketing or CX is an advantage.
* Experience with project support or teamwork.
* Analytical thinking, digital skills, willingness to learn A-B testing and CX metrics.
* Fluent English.
* Good communication and teamwork skill
