Sales Operations Analyst

Essence of the Role:

Requires a strong background in sales, a knack for numbers and a keen eye for the bigger picture and sales processes to ensure smooth operations. Alternatively, you might come from a finance background and aim to work closely with the business. In this role, you will be part of a small team collaborating with the Operator sales department worldwide. We're looking for someone with a "can do" attitude and a quick-learning ability. Responsibilities:

* Manage processes and tools to enable visibility and analysis capabilities on revenue, costs, and traffic volume optimization.
* Enable advanced analytics and insights to provide decision-support based on facts, primarily using Excel, Tableau (BI), Salesforce (CRM), and SAP by Design (ERP).
* Regularly analyze and follow-up customer profitability on traffic destinations and routes, and in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management provide recommendations on optimal market pricing.
* Create management reporting and financial forecasts illustrating results and trends in P2P (Person to Person) and A2P (Application to Person) traffic patterns.
* Participate in and drive price adjustment and customer price notification projects in close cooperation with Account Managers.
* Support the sales organization in the invoice review and approval process.
* Represent the organization in company-wide initiatives surrounding sales supporting infrastructure and tools and drive ad hoc improvement projects.
* Assist the sales organization in complying with and constantly improving our sales process, supporting documentation, and promote the processes' accurate usage.

The successful candidate is a committed and pragmatic self-starter who thrives in a high-paced environment and possesses a "whatever it takes" attitude. You have a strong sense of accountability and perseverance to pursue any task until completion with the help of your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:
* 2-5 years of experience in sales, finance, sales operations, back office, or similar, preferably within Telecommunications (excluding hardware) or SaaS.
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar, or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong computer skills, with an eagerness to learn and utilize new systems. Proficient in Excel (basic pivot tables, formulas). Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools and Salesforce is an advantage.
* .Fluency in English and accustomed to using English daily in your job. Proficiency in additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, French, or Arabic.
* Basic knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs, with a clear interest in learning.
* Experience in an international company and role (an advantage).
