The Team and the Role:
We are hiring a Direct Engagement Manager - Public and Education for our Logitech portfolio in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our complete range of products, including video collaboration and personal workspace solutions.
You will lead consideration and sales among the country's top Public and Education end users, with ownership of targeting and vertical focus to meet and exceed quota. A key responsibility includes maintaining an updated sales pipeline through Salesforce.com. This is an individual contributor role and will not have direct reports.

* Expand our full portfolio of solutions through active new business development, engaging with new and existing accounts, and managing relationships.
* Focus on top corporate end users in Switzerland, with a particular focus on Education and Public Sector on federal and state level.
* End-user engagement & development to drive growth and adoption.
* Engage with local vendor teams (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom) to strengthen alliances.
* Cross-sell across product categories, maximizing wallet share/spend of corporate end users.
* Own and execute the high-touch engagement and sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
* Meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced, and quarterly-driven environment.
* Identify and close cross-selling & upselling opportunities within key accounts.
* Maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel with enough pipeline coverage to exceed quotas.
* Conduct quarterly business meetings with key partners to review business performance and end-user target plans.
* Ensure the right product portfolio and strategic focus are reflected within key partner offerings.
* Deliver monthly activity reports, including key actions, revenue performance, and next-month objectives.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
* Proven sales experience selling to Education & Public Sector clients in Germany.
* Hands-on mentality with expertise in managing the entire sales cycle.
* Strong marketing background and an understanding of lead conversion.
* Results-driven approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
* Strong relationship network in the Public Sector on federal and state level.
* Long-standing experience in public procurement and public tender law.
* Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
* Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to adapt quickly.
* Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of working independently.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Persuasive communicator with great presentation skills.
* Charismatic, engaging, and confident personality.
