The role is part of the Europe International Investment Solutions COO team and located in Geneva or Zurich. The role is responsible for supporting a wide range of COO activities, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance in close collaboration with product, agile, and control functions
Responsibilities
* Support and ensure stable and regular compliant new product approval process (NPA)/product review process
* Coordinate and support implementation of various projects related to advisory solutions e.g. implementation of adjusted regulatory or internal requirements, platform enhancements, process improvements, etc.
* Support Audit and Compliance reviews and related findings management incl. coordination of any required IT implementation
* Perform regular controls related to product governance
* Coordinate regular communication of important topics related to product governance to the front office
* Support periodic KYC due diligence for external fund/asset managers
* Support the review, update and maintenance of distribution agreements with external partners
* Review of marketing material if it meets regulatory requirements
* Being first point of contact for front office colleagues for questions related to e.g. advisory solutions processes, product governance
Skills
* Fluent English language
* German mother tongue
* Very good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
* Knowledge of product governance topics and related regulatory requirements, new product approval process, product review process, good knowledge of investment products
* Very good communication skills
* Strong team player Good project management skills and experience
* Positive and open-minded personality, self-motivated
* Be well organized, able to multi-task and run multiple deliverables in parallel
* Have excellent problem solving skills and be able to think critically
* Have strong analytical skills with high attention to details
