Your new responsibilities 
* Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic user research studies
* Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
* Oversee and update the user research repository and knowledge base, ensuring resources remain organized, accessible, and up to date
* Contribute to the development and optimization of research tools, templates, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and workflow
* Manage and screen participant pools for various research studies, ensuring that recruitment aligns with specific study requirements and criteria

Your skills 
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Economics or another research-focused field
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Structured and independent working style
* Excellent communication abilities
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
