What You'll Be Responsible For
As an IT Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading software development at HBTR, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, business priorities, and global IT strategies. You will combine people leadership with technical and operational ownership to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions supporting manufacturing and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Software Development
* Coordinate all software-related activities within HBTR to meet internal business needs.
* Oversee the analysis, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of in-house and third-party applications.
* Ensure effective planning, analysis, and execution of new software projects.
* Monitor project outcomes, prepare reports, analyze results, and initiate corrective or improvement actions where needed.
Technical & Operational Excellence
* Ensure high-quality system design, clean code practices, test scenarios, and sustainable architectures.
* Support backend, frontend, database, and integration development activities in line with corporate standards.
* Ensure IT solutions support operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profiliniz:

What You Bring
Experience & Background
* Proven experience in software development preferably within manufacturing environment.
* Strong background in leading and developing technical teams.
* Experience managing long term projects supporting production and operational processes.
* Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people and performance management.
Technical Expertise
* Strong knowledge of software design, coding, testing, and architecture principles.
* Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., Angular, React, .NET).
* Solid backend development and integration experience (REST APIs, background services).
* Strong database knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL, data modeling, procedures).
* Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
* Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies, risk management, and effort estimation practices.
