About the Role:

For Ferrero Ukraine, we are looking for a Category Management Specialist who will support the development and execution of category management initiatives across trade channels. The role is focused on category analysis, reporting, shelf excellence, assortment and visibility tracking, as well as supporting channel strategies through data-driven recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of National Standards (assortment, visibility, shelf execution) across all trade channels in line with the Company Channel strategies for all Ferrero categories;
* Evaluate incremental sales volumes from proposed in-store drivers in the Annual planning process;
* Analyze category, shopper, market, and retail data to identify opportunities and support business decision-making;
* Prepare category reviews, performance analyses, and recommendations for Sales and Trade Marketing teams;
* Support channel strategy development through data collection, reporting, and analytical insights;
* Develop and maintain planograms, merchandising guidelines, selling stories, and category management tools and update of Merchandising books for Ukraine, market and channel strategy based arguments;
* Support new product launches by preparing volume estimates, visibility recommendations, and execution standards;
* Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to monitor key in-store KPIs;
* Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Field Sales teams;
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting automation, and process optimization.

About You:

* University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
* 1-3 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or a similar commercial function within an FMCG company;
* Understanding of FMCG trade channels, channel segmentation, outlet typologies, and category development principles across different retail environments;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work with large datasets and transform insights into actionable recommendations;
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills;
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned projects;
* Experience with reporting tools, Excel, and data visualization solutions;
* Interest in category management, shopper behavior, and retail execution;
* Intermediate level of English;
* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI and MRC data sources will be considered an advantage.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with NielsenIQ, Retail Audit, or similar market data sources;
* Experience developing planograms, merchandising standards, or category recommendations;
* Understanding of FMCG sales processes and trade channels.
