Description du poste:

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

Reporting to the Manager, Procurement you will support the administration of the source-to-contract procurement process and provide day-to-day support across reporting, supplier management, system maintenance and special projects. This role is suitable for a recent graduate with a strong interest in procurement and business operations, and who is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a world-class arts and cultural district supporting landmark venues and cultural facilities. No prior procurement experience is required.

You will be responsible for:
* supporting the administration of the end-to-end source-to-contract procurement process, including requisition tracking, sourcing documentation, evaluation administration, contract records and purchase order follow-up;
* assisting in the preparation, filing and maintenance of procurement documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal policies and procedures;
* supporting regular procurement reporting, data analysis and dashboard updates, and helping maintain records for management review, audit and operational tracking;
* assisting in supplier onboarding and supplier master data maintenance, including updating supplier information, coordinating documentation and supporting supplier performance tracking;
* helping maintain procurement systems, databases and trackers to ensure information is up to date, well organised and accessible to the team;
* coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers on routine follow-ups, status updates and administrative matters to support smooth procurement operations;
* supporting special projects, process improvement initiatives and ad hoc assignments related to procurement operations, governance or system enhancement; and
* performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

What you will learn:
* gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end source-to-contract procurement process and related governance requirements in a dynamic arts and cultural environment;
* develop practical skills in procurement reporting, data analysis, supplier administration and system maintenance that support landmark arts and cultural facilities;
* learn how procurement operations help enable venue, programme and organisational needs across a world-class cultural district; and
* build a foundation in procurement operations, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within an organisation dedicated to arts and culture.

You should:
* be a recent graduate with a recognised degree in procurement and supply management, business administration, operations management, data analytics or a related discipline;
* have a strong interest in developing a career in procurement, sourcing or supply management;
* note that no prior procurement experience is required, but internship, project or coursework exposure in business, administration, reporting or systems support would be an advantage;
* be detail-minded, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner;
* have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders;
* be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and comfortable working with systems, databases and digital tools; and
* be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
