When you join us as an engineering new graduate, you'll dive into real projects that impact the future of our products. You'll work side-by-side with experienced teams, contribute meaningful code, and see how a global tech company builds and scales innovation.

This opportunity is based in Bucharest, Romania, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite). The contract start date is 1st of January 2026.

What are we looking for?

* Curiosity and drive: you're eager to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to a global, market-leading company.

* Recent graduate eligible: candidates who have graduated within 6 months before or after January 1st. This includes individuals who have recently completed or are about to complete a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

* Passionate about programming with a good understanding of concepts such as Data Structures, OOP, Operating Systems, Problem Solving.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.

* Team collaboration: You enjoy working with others to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end solutions.

* Big picture thinking: You can connect the dots between day-to-day tasks and broader organisational goals.

What to expect from the recruitment process?

Our selection process typically consists of 2 stages as follows:

* 90-minute Technical Interview with the team.

* 45-minute Soft-Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager.
