This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative and eager to learn; someone who enjoys following up on projects, preparing clear communication materials and improving the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Experience
* Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners.
* Follow up with new joiners, managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Collect feedback and contribute to improving the new joiner journey.
* Support employee experience initiatives related to culture, engagement, wellbeing, health & safety and internal activities.

Talent, Performance & Development
* Contribute talent and performance management cycles through planning, coordination, communication and follow-up.
* Track key deadlines, actions and progress during HR campaigns.
* Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to support talent discussions and decision-making.
* Support learning and development activities, including training coordination, participation tracking and feedback analysis.

* Support the localization and implementation of global HR tools, processes and projects.
* Contribute to change management actions that help employees and managers understand and adopt new HR practices.
* Prepare local guides, reminders and communication materials to support project adoption.
* Follow project timelines, stakeholder inputs and key actions closely.
* Identify improvement opportunities to make HR processes simpler and more effective.

Communication, Campaigns & Reporting
* Prepare clear, engaging and visually appealing internal communication materials for HR initiatives.
* Support HR announcements, presentations, Teams posts, visual guides and campaign materials.
* Track campaign progress, participation, completion rates and feedback.
* Maintain accurate trackers, reports and project documentation.
* Support management updates and HR presentations with data and insights.

Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious about Human Resources, enjoys working with people and projects, and is eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
We welcome different academic, professional and personal backgrounds. What matters most for this role is the skills, mindset and motivation you can bring to the team.
This role is ideal for an early-career talent who has already started to build coordination, communication, follow-up and analytical skills through internships, trainee programs, project work, student clubs, volunteering or similar experiences. Around 1-2 years of relevant exposure can be valuable, but we are more interested in what you have learned, how you work and the potential you bring!

What You Will Bring
* Strong interest in Talent Management, Learning & Development and HR Transformation.
* Analytical thinking and curiosity for data, reporting, trackers and insights.
* Excellent organization, coordination and follow-up skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders with attention to detail.
* A proactive and hands-on mindset.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, simple and engaging messages.
* Creative thinking and a good eye for presentations, visual materials and internal communication content.
* Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools.
* Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
* Openness to feedback, collaboration and continuous learning.

Experiences That Can Be Valuable

* You may have gained relevant skills through different paths such as internships, trainee programs, student clubs, volunteering, project work, communication activities, reporting tasks, content creation, campaign/process coordination, HR-related projects or any experience where you had to organize, follow up, communicate or work with data.
* Previous exposure to Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development can be a plus, but it is not a must.
* Experience with Workday or other HR systems and digital tools is also considered a plus.
