Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Take responsibility: Create visualizations and sketches that distill key messages from complex ideas
* Being strong together: Support teams in turning concepts into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prioritize effectively
* Focus on the future: Use common graphic design and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) to produce high-quality visuals
* Keep up to date: Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) and apply DesignThinking principles
* Expand your horizons: Understand and adapt to workflows involving Customer Co-creation and iterative development
* Convince with words: Communicate ideas clearly through visual and written formats
* Reliable work: Explore technologies and tools that can improve visualization and workflow efficiency
* Take responsibility: Bring inspiration from diverse fields to foster creativity in the team

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: Enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Architecture, Design, Media or similar
* Skills: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to abstract and simplify complex ideas
* Experience: Proficiency in graphic design tools and a good sense of aesthetics (portfolio required)
* Interests: Interest in Agile methodologies and innovation frameworks and also curiosity and broad interests to draw inspiration for creative work
* Personality: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in cross-functional teams
* Affinity: Technical affinity or willingness to learn about new technologies that support workflow improvement
* Language skills: Professional level of written and spoken English. German is a plus

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
