About the position
You support our team in planning, implementing and continuously developing change, communication and engagement activities within cloud services.

Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Assistance in preparing and conducting leadership meetings, townhalls and change formats.
* Preparation of presentations, communication materials, briefings and management updates.
* Collaboration on change and engagement concepts as part of strategic transformation initiatives.
* Analysis of feedback, participation and engagement data and derivation of recommendations for action.
* Support in developing internal communication and cascading formats.
* Coordination of smaller work packages and coordination with national and international stakeholders.
* Research, analysis and preparation of trends and best practices in the areas of change management, leadership and employee engagement.
* Support for internal communication campaigns and employee retention measures

Your profile
You are studying business psychology, communication sciences, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* You are interested in transformation, change management, leadership, communication and organizational development.
* You work in a structured, reliable and independent way.
* You can prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and in an understandable way.
* You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.
* You have a good sense of language, storytelling and visual design.
* You communicate confidently in German and English and bring initiative and a proactive way of working
