About this Position

What you´ll do

* Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
* Development of concepts for new products in hair care and styling categories
* Monitoring of fashion and hair trend research, to help to prepare shoots and campaigns
* Implementation of social media content and steering the monthly social media content plan
* Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis
* Day to day administrative support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal and external events, workshops etc.

What makes you a good fit

* Student who has successfully completed the first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing
* Practical and international experience e.g., through internships or a semester abroad, is beneficial
* Fluent English language skills, German is a plus, not mandatory
* Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel with strong analytical skills
* Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence
* Interested in B2B hair care, hairdressing industry and digital savvy
* Availability as of September 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
