Electrical Designer Trainee

Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
* Support development of cable routing, load schedules, and lighting layouts
* Learn and apply electrical design standards, codes, and project specifications
* Review and update drawings based on engineering feedback and project requirements
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (CSA, mechanical, I&C, telecom) for design integration
* Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
* Maintain accurate engineering documentation and records
* Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

Qualifications

* Diploma in Electrical Engineering
* Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and engineering drawings
* Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD or ETAP (preferred).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
