Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Communication and Coordination: Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating clear communication and effective information-sharing across multiple projects and stakeholders
* Project Data Management: Consolidate and maintain project data, providing analytical and administrative support to project managers and sub-project leads to ensure transparency and alignment
* Reporting and Systems Support: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and KLUSA, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
* Tools and Systems Utilization: Use MS Office and collaboration platforms to support project activities, and leverage Tableau and SQL for reporting and insights, with AI tools applied to improve efficiencyFurther Information
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis and visualization
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of requirements and change management activities, hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau, Atlassian, Confluence, KNIME, Denodo, and SQL
* Way of Working: Work proactively and independently, contributing ideas and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Apply a structured and logical approach to analyze complex topics and develop practical solutions
* Interests: Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content and show enthusiasm for supporting project management initiatives
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and GermanThis position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
