What You'll Do
You will provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing team in strengthening the firm's positioning across the Caspian region, with a focus on Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. As a Marketing Trainee, you will support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement within local business, institutional, and media communities. You will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including the preparation, review, and management of documents, contracts, invoices, and other administrative materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
In addition, you will contribute to internal communication activities by editing, summarizing, and reviewing materials, as well as supporting translation needs to ensure clear and consistent messaging across countries. Throughout the role, you will work closely with the local Senior Marketing Manager, providing hands-on support across operational, communication, and coordination activities, and contributing to a smooth and effective execution of regional marketing initiatives.

You Are Good At:

* Supporting internal communication activities by drafting, editing, summarizing, and reviewing materials, including internal notes, presentations, short communications, and creative content for internal initiatives (e.g., internal campaigns, seasonal or holiday communications).
* Contributing to content editing and adaptation activities, including proofreading, basic copywriting starting from existing content, and supporting translation and localization needs to ensure clarity and consistency across different languages and markets.
* Supporting the coordination of internal and external communication initiatives, assisting with the organization, scheduling, and follow-up of activities, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.

What You'll Bring
* Communication, International Relations, Public Relations, Media Studies, Political Science, or similar fields are considered a plus.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact effectively in a professional, international environment.
* Strong proficiency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani; any additional languages spoken in the Caspian region is a plus.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with communication, content creation, collaboration, and AI-based tools (e.g. for editing, summarization, research, or productivity) is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage documents, materials, and multiple tasks efficiently.
* Creative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset, combined with flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Who You'll Work With
The Marketing team is dedicated to reinforcing BCG's image as a premium strategic and general management consulting firm.
