As a Technology & Security Intern, you will support the Technology and Security team in maintaining and improving systems that safeguard our organization's infrastructure and data. What you can expect to do here:
* Assist with monitoring and maintaining security system design (e.g., access control, video surveillance).
* Provide support on IT infrastructure design
* Participate in vulnerability assessments and help track remediation efforts.
* Document processes, update technical guides, and contribute to compliance reporting.
* Collaborate with team members on technology and security projects, ensuring timely delivery.
* Provide general technical support for security-related tools and platforms.

What you'll bring to WSP:
* Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Information Technology, physical security, or related field.
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with security software is an asset.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Able to obtain federal security clearance

Compensation
Salary range (in British Columbia): $24.00 - $31.75
