Managerial position
Location: Santiago, Chile
Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours
Profile: Non graduate students of a University Degree with 6 to 12 months to graduation date

A PS Intern encompasses a range of roles related to process engineering and management. This includes tasks such as identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, and participating in team projects.

What kind of internship projects can you expect:
* Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization
* Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance
* Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning
* Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies
* Develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

Job Qualifications

* Active engineering students with 6 to 12 months to graduation date (desirable career: Civil Industrial Engineer).
* Eligible to work in Chile.
* Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above).
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
* Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
