Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Arranging meeting and workshop
* Assisting with travel policy and visa application consultations
* Monitoring the status of purchase request workflows and recordingdelivery time and receipt of goods
* Assisting with activating share folder access right and maintainingdistribution list
* Assisting with internal personal information data maintenance
* Managing stockroom inventory and recording incoming and outgoing goods
* Supporting the other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor Degree or above
* Present at least 4 days per week
* Internship can maintain about 6 months
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to read and write in English
* Attention to details
