IT PM Intern for PH Business

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Support on the PH Project by tracking open items, following up on pending actions, and helping ensure timely closure of outstanding tasks.
* Assist in system daily operations, including operational coordination, basic issue tracking, and documentation support.
* Provide general support to the PH IT archi team, such as preparing simple materials, organizing information, and assisting with internal coordination when needed.
* Help maintain project-related documents, meeting notes, and status trackers to support overall project execution and transparency.

Requirements
* Undergraduate or graduate student in Information Systems, Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Good communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented working style.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Teams is a plus.
* Ability to support multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Good English and Chinese communication skills
