As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. The FMCG Category Strategy team within TikTok Shop's SEA Operations (Vietnam) drives category growth through data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic planning. It works cross-functionally to execute campaigns, optimize business performance, and scale FMCG operations on the platform. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support business performance monitoring by building and maintaining reports and dashboards. - Contribute to strategy development through data analysis, identifying root causes, and recommending actionable solutions to the operations team. - Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing category and platform campaigns. - Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams. - Provide support on additional tasks and ad hoc projects as needed

Profil requis du candidat:
