Inland Delivery Intern

Description du poste:

* Follow up standard processes strictly, ensure on time delivery of the cargo
* Work with suppliers and ensure suppliers following our standard process and keeping good service level ‣ Timely and accurately follow up updates in transportation management system, from new order creation to cost validatior and confirmation.

* Closely follow up daily order execution, timely and effectively solve the exceptions
* Ensure all relevant costs are timely checked and ensure confirmed cost amount are passed to internal relevant party timely,. * Capture Voice of Customer and feedback improvement suggestions to continuously optimize inland delivery performance and customer experience
* Constantly feed timely market and customer information and share best practices and experience.
