Intern, Digital Enablement

Description du poste:

-Together with our project managers and solution architects to drive the definition of high-quality processes and requirements for digital solutions through workshops and interviews with key stakeholders and users
-As Assistant to our digital innovation lab, support routine tasks of lab daily operation, including promotions, visits, proof of concepts, test cases, collaboration with partners, etc.
-Support digital visualization including keep updated of our smart posters and maintain that in big screens
-Collect, consolidate digitalization highlights & AI updates, post in our Viva community and Digitalization Newsletter
-Ensure the sustainable definition and implementation of the process modeling and master data for the target picture for Smart Verbund
-Support and partially drive the digital training and learning activities, to enhance the awareness of digitalization, information cyber security and apply that in our business partners' day-to-day work
-Support the digital solutions implementation, prepare relevant documents, organize coordination activities that required to make sure it's smooth execution
-Drive the digital mindset at BIG through adequate and consistent change and communication management, support digital visualization and other innovation activities

-Bachelor or above (top universities and master are preferred), majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or Information Technology
-Innovative project at university or other relevant internship experiences
-Business Process Modeling Know-how, Project Management Experience, Service Management, Information Technology and Trends
-Good communication skills
-Proactive and responsible, with a diligent and conscientious work attitude, strong learning ability and adaptability
-Able to commit to an internship of at least six months
-English proficiency sufficient for basic communication (CET-4 or above)
-Proficient in using office software
-Prior internship or project experience is a plus (experience in multinational companies is highly desirable)
