Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Sales & Events team with coordinating meetings, banquets, and special functions, ensuring smooth execution of hotel events.
* Support sales activities by preparing proposals, contracts, and maintaining client databases.
* Provide administrative support including reporting, scheduling, and follow-up with clients.
* Contribute to guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and delivering professional service aligned with hotel standards

Qualifications & Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
* Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
