Title: Kitchen Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus

What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for the culinary arts and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a kitchen environment.
As a Kitchen Intern, you'll assist in the preparation of all menu dishes and contribute ideas to enhance our food offerings and overall service.
You'll work under the guidance and direction of your mentor and the rest of the kitchen staff.

Your daily tasks
* Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring. This foundational skill is crucial for efficient meal preparation.
* Under the supervision of experienced chefs, you may help in cooking basic dishes and learn various cooking techniques.
* Ensure that the hotel maintains the best possible reputation for its culinary products
* Maintain the recipe library and plate specifications shown by the Chef De Cuisine
* Proper use of kitchen equipment and personal protection equipment.
* Accurate storage of prepared items in the correct refrigeration area, clearly labeled with the preparation date.
* Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and good condition of your workstation.What we require from you
* Currently studying at Hospitality Educational Institution and completing your placement as part of your institution's course cuticulum
* To be eligible to work in Cyprus (EU)
* Fluent in spoken English
