HR Intern - Employee Engagement & Well-being

As an HR Intern, you will become an integral part of our regional team, focusing on Health & Well-being and Engagement, collaborating closely with a passionate HR community across Europe. You will contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of our HR landscape, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment dedicated to being a Great Place to Work for All.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate Engagement Events: Plan and execute regional employee activities to foster a culture where diversity is embraced and appreciated.
* Manage Sports Tournaments: Organize internal sports events and leagues to promote team spirit and physical well-being.
* Administer Recognition Programs: Support the delivery of regional programs designed to reward "superstar" contributions and celebrate milestones.
* Health & Well-being Support: Assist in implementing initiatives that ensure our workplaces are environments where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
* Staff Perks & Discounts: Manage and promote executive and staff discount programs to enhance the employee value proposition.
* Creative Content Design: Create engaging communication materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and other design platforms to strengthen our regional strategy.
* AI Integration: Explore the use of AI-based tools to enhance our ways of working and improve the candidate and employee experience.
* Intercultural Collaboration: Work proactively within an international environment, ensuring all engagement efforts align with our global mission of "connecting people, improving lives.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
* University Graduate: Must have completed a degree or be a current student, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
* English Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to support a diverse regional community.
* Passion for People: A strong interest in HR topics specifically related to Engagement and Health & Well-being.
* Advanced Digital Skills: Strong communication and expert-level PowerPoint skills for creating high-impact visual assets.
* Technological Curiosity: Eagerness to explore and implement new technologies, especially AI, within HR processes.
* Creative Flair: Ability to think outside the box to keep internal communication engaging and innovative.
